  1. Welcome and Introduction to the Meeting

Mr. Joxu Arana Oregi(Director of Migual Altuna) and Project Coordinators Mrs.Yosune Guerenabarrena & Mr. Liher Errasti, give a welcome to all the participants.

Mr. Gökhan Cihan Abayhan, the Project Director of Golcuk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, welcomes the group as well. Mr. Gökhan Cihan Abayhan presented the program of the TPM2.

 

 

  1. Miguel Altuna Institution Technical Visits Tour

A presentation trip was made to Miguel with all the participants. The projects carried out by the institution so far were introduced. The studies carried out by the institution were shown. The workshops of the institution were visited. Information about the course content was obtained.

  1. Reviewing the overall status of the project

Mr.Gökhan Cihan Abayhan, the project coordinator of Gölcük Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, made a presentation about the reviewing of the Project.

The following topics are the topics discussed.

  • Reviewing the overall status of the project
  • (Reviewing the distribution of tasks and works done according to the distribution of tasks)
  • The point reached in the 10th month of the project
  • Review of the first 6-month work schedule
  • Review of the second 6-month calendar

All participants gave information about the work of their own institutions during this period.

 

       

  1. Final State of the Simulation

Robkod institution officials Mr. Bülent Yüksel and Mr. Ali Gümüş made a presentation about the latest point reached in the simulation.

Information was given about the content of the simulation, the general working principle, the electrical and electronic tools used in the simulation and their usage patterns.

An example application has been made. The opinions of other institutions were taken. Points for improvement were discussed. The date on which the simulation is planned to be completed is specified.

The partners discussed what should be included in the project outputs. A consensus was reached on what to do and how to do it. It was decided to cooperate on the work to be done.

To complete the simulation; All institutions were asked to submit worksheet samples to be used in the simulation. Each institution will prepare 4 different worksheets to be used in the simulation.The deadline for submitting worksheets has been determined as Friday of the first week of May 2022 (May 6, 2022).

    5.Reviewing the Financial Statements

The presentation regarding the financial studies was made by Gölcük Şehit Volkan Tantürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian School Project Coordinator Gökhan Cihan Abayhan. The financial statements regarding the work done and the statements sent by the institutions were reviewed. A presentation was made on how to fill out the forms. The dates of financial studies and how often they should be reported were explained.

As previously agreed, all institutions will upload their financial payments documents to the project drive. The originals of the documents will be kept to be delivered to the project coordinator at the end of the project.

In addition, all institutions were informed about other supporting documents that should be included in the drive.

  1. Erasmus+ Partnerships Projects Conferance for Cooperation, Innovation and Excellence in VET

Erasmus+ Partnerships Projects Conference for Cooperation, Innovation and Excellence in VET was held in Bilboa, the capital of the Basque Country, on April 7th.

Jorge Arévalo, Deputy Minister for Vocational Education, also attended the seminar on the dissemination of VET Europe Erasmus+ projects in the Basque Country.

The conference, held at the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao, was attended by approximately 150 heads of 32 Basque Vocational Education and Training centers, who presented their innovation projects within the scope of Erasmus + KA2, which they are developing in cooperation with other European VET centers in the 2021-2022 academic year. In the program organized in working groups, all institutions shared their projects with their colleagues from other Vocational Education and Training centers.

In this context, in the second session of the program, our project was introduced in 2 different sub-sessions. The meeting, in which the participants showed great interest in our project DigitalVET, was a productive study where new project ideas and new partnerships were discussed.

    

  1. Last announcements, Meeting Evaluation, Questions and Suggestions

Studies on the Moodle structure, which is planned to be used for student tracking on the online education platform, will be carried out under the leadership of Migual Altuna institution and its technicians.

The project web page will be prepared by our northern Macedonian partner and all institutions will provide the necessary document support. The project web page has been determined as www.digitalveteu.com The necessary FTP information has been sent to our northern Macedonian partner.

All partners held meetings about the project outputs. The partners discussed what should be included in the project outputs. A consensus was reached on what to do and how to do it. It was decided to cooperate on the work to be done.

Each institution will prepare 4 different worksheets to be used in the simulation.

Information and standards regarding quality management will be presented by our Irish partner at the LTT meeting.

The next meeting (LTT1) is going to be held in 23-24-25 May 2022 in Bergara, Spain, in Instituto Especifico de Formacion Profesional Superior Miguel Altuna.
